How to download the book

The book is in Adobe "portable document format" (.PDF), so you'll need to have the FREE Adobe Reader software installed on your PC or Mac in order to view or print the book.

How to print the book

The file is 80 pages total and is designed to be printed as a normal book — front and back of the pages (40 sheets). You'll need Acrobat Reader Version 4.0 or better to do that.

Put your pages in any type of cover or binder you prefer. Many readers like to take the printed sheets to a copy shop and have the book bound with a plastic-covered spiral wire binding.
